With the development of high altitude UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle) in the military, the reliability of the aircraft has been request higher and higher standard. Flight Control System in HAE UAV must have so strong failure tolerant ability that it can improve the whole system reliability. This thesis, tackles on the application of redundancy management technique in the flight control system. In order to validate the reliability of system configuration, the author gives readers new triplex redundancy fault tolerance system based on shared memory. The author also describes the architecture the functions the design and the implement of the software on the triplex redundancy fault tolerance. The redundancy management arithmetic is programming and debugging in embedded real time operating system VxWorks. The analytic method and simulation design in this paper can give us a good way to design and analyze common redundancy fault tolerance system.The main contents in the paper are just as follows:Firstly, analyzing basic type of emulational computer redundancy construction which was fixed some time ago, and discussing all technique aspects of redundancy management in detail so that we can achieve basic arithmetic effectively.Secondly, analyzing synchronization technique in clock based on integrating software with hardware, logic technique in path switching, voting technique in signal monitoring, real time failure testing in computer.Thirdly, analyzing the reliability of the whole flight control system with Markor model.Fourthly, based on RTOS VxWorks, running and debugging redundancy management arithmetic in flight control computer system.Lastly, injecting all kind of rudder failure which is referred to test the whole flight control system meet design target by dual redundancy whether or not.
