Research On The Reliability Of The Redundancy Control System

In the process of the continuous development of the control system,the reliability of the system and equipment must be paid more and more attention.In many industrial site,high reliability has become a key indicator of its performance evaluation.So,fault-tolerance technology is the preferred method for the continuous production,reliable and effective control.Redundancy is a necessary choice for high reliability design of a control system.Therefore,the research of this subject has certain theoretical and practical value.This paper discussed the reliability original definition and the reliability quantitative indicators of the control system,analyzed the redundancy structure and typical reliability evaluation.It also collected and summed up the control system,especially several basic structure of the controller redundancy system,and studied the reliability index based on the main calculation method.After studying and learning the completed theoretical basis,I chose two appropriate modeling method of this paper:modeling method of Markov and Petri net,and studied the concept of two kinds of methods in detail.On the basis of the theory,it designs the three typical redundant structure:triple mode hybrid system,hot-standby redundancy system and dual real-time fault-tolerant system.And it uses Markov modeling method and Petri net modeling method to calculate the reliability index.Based on the horizontal and vertical comparison,the article analyzes and proposes an implementation scheme in repairable system evaluation system,through the redundancy cited in reality by case,confirms and verifies the rationality of the scheme.This paper discusses the basic principle,system structure model,work mode and evaluation system,and it does research in-depth.Without the calculation and design of a single system,it calculates and uses different methods for the reliability of the proposed reliability redundancy system through the design of redundancy structure.And it also analysis of the reliability of the results.According to the analysis.The proposed reliability redundancy system based on the assessment of the implementation of the program.
