The Design And Implement Of Enthernet Adaptor With Redundancy Backup And Auto-switching Features Based On VxWorks RTOS

Taking the missile weapon control system as the background, this paper describesthe design of double Enthernet Adaptor switching based on the VxWorks RTOS indetail.Firstly, the paper introduces the embedded system software developmenttechnique, including the constitution principles and characters of RTOS detailed,discusses VxWorks and it's integrated development environment Tornado carefully.Secondly it introduces the principle and functions of the embedded TCP/IP stack,MUX interface and Enhanced Network Driver of VxWorks OS. Thirdly thispaper describes the driver design for the LAN91C111 10/100M adaptive networkinterface card based on MUX interface in VxWorks operating system. Finally itillustrates the design method to realize redundancy backup and auto-switching on thehardware platform and VxWorks RTOS.Redundancy backup communication of network under the missile weapon controlsystem is successfully solved, which enhanced the reliability of data exchange greatly.
