The second stage: after the implementation of postmanagement of one year, used the same three scales on the same nurses.Use Epidata3.0to establish database, the SPSS13.0statistical software for statisticalanalysis, including descriptive analysis, two sample t test, single factor varianceanalysis, Pearson correlation analysis and multiple linear stepwise regression analysis.Result1. The core competence of the surveyed nurse averaged (116.35±28.47) in the twohospitals which was in the middle level. The dimension scores in descending order areleadership, legal and ethical practice ability, interpersonal relationship ability, professional development ability, the clinical nursing ability, education and consultingskills, critical thinking ability.2.
