The She Medicine’s Fasha Therapy For Acute Pain Of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion

Objective To observe the curative effect of she medicine for cases of Lumbago came from lumbar disc herniation,while trying to make clear the mechanism of action.We wish to provide more remarkable curative effect and more secure treatment of the therapy for patients with Lumbago pain.Methods In accordance with the unified diagnosis, inclusion and exclusion criteria, selected 64 patients diagnosed with pain of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion from outpatient service of Lishui people’s Hospital.The cases were divided into two groups by using the Random table method.One group was called she medicine treated group,while the other was matched group.Treatment group used She medicine’s FaSha therapy with check the Sha points combined with pricking some points including Wei zhong(B40), while control group used Loxoprofen Sodium Tablet.Treatment once in two days,7 days as a course;both groups received summary after one course of treatment; no other therapies were allowed during treatment, observe and record any adverse events during treatment, etc.Using modified Macnab classification to assess outcome condition, visual analog scale (VAS) pain scores to assess pain intensity,the relief of pain and the effect were compared after treatment.Results The actual completion patients were 60 including 30 cases of treatment group,30 cases in the control group.1、There was no statistics-difference between the two groups, including age,sex,course of diesae.2、VAS score:There was no statistics-difference between the two groups before treated.After three days and one week treatment,the relief of pain came to be different. The statistics result was obvious, the P value were (P<0.01) and (p<0.01).3、Curative effects:The excellent rate of treatment group was 83.33%,while the control group was 60.00%.There was no statistics-difference between the two groups (P<0.05)Conclusions1、The two groups can relief the pain of Lumbago came from lumbar disc herniation.It can make progress of prognosis.Treatment group used She medicine’s FaSha therapy came to be an more effective method in relief the pain immediately.2、She medicine’s FaSha therapy have real curative effect in relief the acute pain came from Lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.
