Clinical Observation Of Massage Combined With Diclofenac Sodium In The Treatment Of Acute Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation With Pure Lumbago

Objective:By observing the "three-step one-stretch" massage combined diclofenac sodium in treatment of acute lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with pure lumbago,VAS scores before and after the treatment,IODI scores,measured value and the clinical efficacy of the lumbar spine mobility,through SPSS 25.0 were analyzed and concluded that for lumbago sex in the treatment of central type lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion provide new idea and method.Methods:A total of 70 patients who were admitted to the rehabilitation department and orthopedics department of Fuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April2020 to February 2021 and who met the criteria of this clinical study were collected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 35 patients in each group.The observation group was treated with "three-step one-stretch" massage method,once a day,combined with oral diclofenac sodium 75 mg Q.D.Give treatment;The control group received diclofenac sodium 75 mg Q.D.orally.The treatment course of both groups was 10 days.Statistical test was conducted by SPSS 25.0 to evaluate the VAS score changes,IODI score changes,lumbar range of motion changes and clinical efficacy of "three-step one-stretch" massage combined with diclofenac sodium in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation in the acute stage of low back pain.The results were analyzed and the conclusions were reached.Results:1.After the end of treatment,VAS scores in both groups were lower than before treatment(P < 0.05),and the reduction degree in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group(P < 0.05),the difference was statistically significant.2.After treatment,IODI score in 2 groups was lower than that before treatment(P <0.05),and the reduction degree in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group(P < 0.05),the difference being statistically significant.3.After the end of treatment,the measured value of lumbar range of motion in 2 groups was higher than that before treatment(P < 0.05),and the degree of increase in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group(P < 0.05),the difference was statistically significant.4.After treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was 93.93%,and that of the control group was 80.65%.After statistical comparison,the effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1."three-step one-stretch" massage combined with diclofenac sodium in the treatment of acute low back pain type lumbar disc herniation,in terms of relieving patients’ lumbar pain,improving lumbar dysfunction and improving lumbar activity,the effect is better than that of the control group.2.The clinical effect of "three-step one-stretch" massage combined with diclofenac sodium in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation in the acute stage of low back pain is better than that of the control group,which is worthy of further study and promotion.
