| Purpose:Observation by using hospital prescription neck-low back pain-Ⅱdecoction combined with electroacupuncture therapy for treatment of lumbar disc herniation and evaluation of clinical efficacy.Material and method:This study selected from March 2014 to March 2015 period, 60 cases of hospitalized patients with lumbar disc herniation which Traditional Chinese medicine diagnose liver and kidney deficiency,in the No.2 orthopedics department, affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,60 patients will be numbered according to random number table, with the random number table divided into two groups, 30 patients in each treatment group and the control group.The control group, treatment methods: Point Selection: diagnosis and treatment in accordance with law and acupoints along meridians;the main point:Shenshu,Colon yu,Venezuela, L4, L5, Sl Jiaji,Xuanzhong.With Points:According to the site of the symptoms with a hole,Huantiao,Cheng shan,Kunlun,Yanglingquan;Operation:The patient prone position,routine points area of skin disinfection with 75% alcohol,with stainless steel needle 0.25x50 mm,rapid piercing needle,when the points get strength,needle retention, electrical stimulation 20 min,each hole is connected SDZ- type Hua brand electronic needle therapy Ⅱdevice.EA parameters:selection of continuous wave, frequency of 2Hz,current intensity to lower back muscle rhythmic beat, and based on patient tolerance is appropriate.Medications for the treatment of 1 times / day,5 times a week,10 times as a course of treatment. Based on the control group,the treatment group increased using of neck-low back pain-Ⅱdecoction(Rehmannia 30 g, Sunburn aconite,cassia twig,Clematis 10 g, dogwood 15 g, Chinese yam,wolfberry fruit,Eucommia,dodder seed,antler the 20 g, angelica 15 g, Achyranthes 15g),1Agents /day,decoction 100 m L,take it after breakfast,lunch and dinner,2 weeks as a course of treatment.Both of the groups are two courses of treatment time.After the treatment, they were taken to a visual analogue rating(VAS) evaluation method modified form and low back pain score(JOA) assessment, follow-up after half year.While using SPSS17.0 statistical software for analysis.Results:1 Treatment group and the control group in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation are effective,By comparison the two groups,the former total effective rate was 93.33%,the latter total effective rate was 80.00%,between the two groups,the efficacy of the treatment group was better than the control group(P <0.05). 2 The VAS pain scores and JOA scores of two groups were compared by paired t-test,both groups were P <0.05, before and after treatment in the group have a significant difference between the two groups.Comparison by two groups,The two groups before treatment were P> 0.05,no significant differences, indicating that the two groups have more significance.After treatment, there are significant differences between groups comparison(P <0.05),the efficacy of the treatment group was better than the control group. 3 half year follow-up,the treatment group and the control group, patients with VAS pain score and lower back pain JOA scores compared with the previous untreated, there were significant differences(P <0.05),follow-up after treatment effect is present.Conclusion:Hospital prescription neck-low back pain-Ⅱdecoction combined with EA therapy for treatment of lumbar disc herniation with good effect,improve people’s quality of life,there are certain clinical application and promotion value. |
