Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of low back pain Ⅰ and diclofenac sodium sustained release tablets in the treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation Clinical Application of low back pain, Ⅰ, provides the theory basis for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:with lumbar disc herniation and belongs to the diagnostic criteria of cold-dampness syndrome in60patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each of30cases. The control group oral diclofenac sodium treatment group of low back pain, decoction prescription Ⅰ,150ml/time,2times/day,2weeks for1courses. Comparative study of changes of JOA score, curative effect of Chinese medicine and the two main symptoms before and after treatment in two groups.Results:the improvement in JOA score, and the main symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine has therapeutic effect, two groups after treatment than before treatment compared with a significant difference (P<0.05); therapeutic efficacy of the treatment group was superior to the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:low back pain Ⅰ and diclofenac sodium treatment of lumbar disease cold-dampness syndrome in patients with disc herniation were effective, but the pain prescription Ⅰ in improving the clinical symptoms, signs, improve the life quality of patients is better than that of diclofenac sodium. Lumbago No. I Decoction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation cold-dampness syndrome has better clinical efficacy and application value, it is worth further study.
