Clinical Observation Of Yaotong No.1 Prescription In The Treatment Of Postoperative Residual Symptoms Of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of lumbar posterior nucleus pulposus extirpation,bone grafting fusion and internal fixation combined with bone injury II recipe in the treatment of lumbar disc protrusion(L5/S1).Methods: Sixty patients with lumbar disc herniation(L5/S1)were randomly divided into the treatment group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases).All patients were treated with posterior lumbar nucleus pulpectomy,bone grafting,fusion and internal fixation.The two groups were treated with routine treatment.The experimental group was treated with Yaotong ? formula orally for 2 weeks,and the control group was treated with diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets orally for 2 weeks.Regular observation and follow-up(2 weeks,1 month and 3 months after operation)were carried out to understand the symptom relief,lumbar activity,physical examination and improvement of nervous system function.The vas and JOA scores of the two groups after treatment were compared,and the curative effect and the main symptoms of the two groups before and after treatment were observed.Result:1.There was no significant difference in age,gender,disease course,VAS score and JOA score between the treatment group and the control group(P > 0.05).2.Observe the follow-up effect after 2 weeks,1 month and 3 months of treatment,the VAS score and JOA score of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,with significant statistical difference(P < 0.05).3.After 2 weeks,1 month and 3 months of treatment,VAS score and JOA score in the treatment group were not significantly lower than those in the control group(P > 0.05).After one month and three months follow-up,the VAS score and JOA score of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: the curative effect of lumbar disc herniation treated by posterior lumbar nucleus pulpectomy,bone grafting,fusion and internal fixation combined with Yaotong ? formula is considerable.Compared with the internal treatment of diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets,VAS score JOA score significantly reduced,can reduce the recurrence rate,improve the effective treatment rate of the disease,no adverse reactions in the treatment process,is a more effective and safe treatment method,which can be further promoted and studied.
