Clinical Observation Of Sun's Bushen Huoxue Recipe In Treating Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation With Residual Pain After Intervertebral Foraminal Endoscopy (kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Sun's Bu Shen Huo Xue Fang on residual symptoms after lumbar disc herniation(LDH)after percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy(PTED).Methods:Sixty patients with residual symptoms after PTED operation from June 2018 to December 2019 in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 30 people in each group.The observation group was given oral Sun's Bu Shen Huo Xue Fang,and the control group was given Shu Jin Jian Yao pills.Compare the visual analogue score(VAS),Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)score and Chinese medicine symptom score on the 3rd day after surgery,10 days after surgery,17 days after surgery,and 1 month after surgery in the 2groups of patients,and modified Mac Nab evaluation standard as the evaluation standard of curative effect.Result:Sixty patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group.The differences between the two groups in gender,age,course of disease,and diseased segments were not statistically significant(P>0.05)and were comparable.The patients in both groups were discharged after 2 weeks of treatment,and no serious complications occurred during the treatment.Two people in the observation group failed to participate in the trial completely;one person in the control group lost follow-up during follow-up,and one person used other treatment in the middle of treatment.None of the above 4 cases were included in the statistical analysis of the final results.There was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups(P>0.05);on the JOA score and TCM symptom score,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);The difference in treatment effect was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Sun's Bu Shen Huo Xue Fang can relieve the residual waist and leg pain after PTED,relieve the limitation of lumbar spine movement,improve the function of daily activities,improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and promote the rehabilitation of patients.It issafe and effective method and is worthy of clinical promotion.
