Lumbar Disc Herniation Before And After Lumbar Flat Piece Intervertebral Change With Low Back Pain And The Correlation Between The Clinical Observation

In this thesis, the author systematically reviews the understandings and experiences of diagnosis and treatment on the prolapsed lumber intervertebral disc of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),concludes and analyses the progression of the research of the modern medical theory related the prolapsed lumber intervertebral disc.Through reviewing research,we go on mail questionnaire follow up a case by regular visits to 121 patients whose after discectomy of prolapsed lumber intervertebral disc, It is analysed that the symptom alleviates , the working status and satisfaction to the operation, especially comparing the vertebra interval of the patients having complete radiology materials. We have improved the measurement method that forefathers used, have get rid of such other interference factors as different magnifying power ,etc, completely, has guaranteed the comparativity of the result. We surveyed the vertebra interval before and after the operation. We receives 44 effective letters in reply altogether, 17 have complete materials in image among them. The following up a case by regular visits to rate is 36.4%.Result: 1.The image change: the height of lumbar vertebrae interval of all cases have losing in various degree after operation, 3 years after the operation lose 26% on average. 2.The fine rate of clinical effect is 88.6%.Conclusion l.The intervertebral disc vertebra interval height decline in various degree behind the operation.2.The height of lumbar vertebrae interval losing after discectomy is it might not must lead to low back pain.
