| On March8,2011, the State Council promulgated a new DegreeOffice discipline directory, This policy has deepened the development ofthe Nursing Graduate Education in a broader platform. The suitablegraduate nursing education model is bound to become a toppriority.Education is directly related to the quality of graduate. Therefore,the development of rational scientific cultivation mode premise is topromote the development of nursing graduate education. In this study, thecombination of foreign nursing graduate education status and the actualsituation on the training mode of science degree in nursing graduateresearch will be discussed.ObjectiveTo build a perfect, scientific and feasible master of science degree innursing cultivation mode of nursing specialties, and provide reference forhigher education administration and universality to develop trainingprograms.MethodsUsing literature review, group discussion and the methods of Delphi expert enquiry and the cultivation mode in six sections: training objectives,recruit students object, curriculum, training time, practical ability andevaluation to discuss the cultivation mode of science degree in nursing. Bystatistical processing and analysis, this study will determine whether tokeep the entry contents using a high priority and low priority indicatorsindex combines boundary value method.ResultsAfter two rounds of enquiry, the boundary of percentage, arithmeticmean and coefficient of variation are0.711,4.015and0.231respectively.The authority of the enquiry for expert degree value is0.88. The Kendallharmonious coefficient is0.531. Chi-square test p <0.01. Experts degree ishigh, the result is reliable. Based on the deletion standard and thecombination with expert advice and group discussion, from the six platesand78sub-items consisted the cultivation model of nursing science degree.it is concluded that: In training objectives, the experts agree to set goalsfrom research capabilities, teaching ability, basic clinical skills and foreignlanguages, and so on. so that graduates with a solid overall ability, expertsalso believe that the focus should be paid to the research, teaching andEnglish to nursing graduate in science degree. In cultivation time, expertsrecognized three years in schooling is the right time.On Enrollment target. experts believe that Candidates should havebachelor degree in nursing or medical graduates that must be admitted by country. diploma and degree certificate must be obtained before the reportcan recruit, previous graduates have the best medical-related workexperience. On the curriculum, experts agree that the program can be setfrom both elective and required courses. Elective courses according to theresearch direction of choose, some experts suggest that the proportion ofstrengthening humanities courses should enhance the overall strength of thegraduate students. On practical ability, should research capabilities,teaching ability, and to demonstrate the clinical ability three aspects. Forappraisal, experts require students to post at least a treatise requiring corejournals published in Chinese core journals or CSCD.ConclusionExperts agree on the specific content of advice on six target areas, targetenrollment, school life, curriculum, practical ability, evaluation andexamination system, etc. The reliable conclusion provides a reference tomake nursing training model in science degree. |
