Toaccelerate the promotion of clinical Acupotomology, reached without images auxiliary, andcan accurately place to achieve safe and effective, repeatable operation accupotomologyspecification.Methods: The subjects screened60cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation, arandomized, controlled, single-blind control method is divided into30cases ofacupuncture therapy group, closed treatment group of30patients, the treatment once aweek, three times for a course of treatment, end of treatmentevaluated after.JOA score byobserved before and after treatment, the cure rate JOA, VAS score, and in medicineprescribed by the Board, the number of cured cases, a the efficiency line statistical analysisof the number of cases.Results: Data analysis: After treatment, VAS pain scores between the two groups wassignificantly different (p <0.05);2, JOA score after treatment in both groups and improvethe rate between the two groups have a significant difference (p <0.05);The promptaccupotomology better clinical efficacy. After the end of treatment, the treatment group,11cases were cured,9cases,8cases improved,2cases, the efficiency of93.3%, the cure rateof36.7%; control group were cured,4cases,8cases were markedly improved in12cases,6cases80.0%, the cure rate was13.3%. Conclusion: Acupotomy under the lower back Jiaji Points can significantly improvethe patient’s clinical symptoms, and better than the traditional closed therapy. Thesignificant effect of the Act, found no significant side effects and adverse reactions, isworthy of clinical use.Imaging verification the Jiaji theory in application ofAcupotomology are further confirmed.
