The purpose of the studyTo investigate the change of EMG of acupuncture treatment on lumbar disc herniation in patients with lower extremity numbness, changes of lower limb sensory score, and compared with conventional treatment, observation of acupuncture on the improvement of lumbar disc herniation patients with lower extremity numbness, methods for diagnosis, treatment of lumbar disc herniation and the evaluation of curative effect of providing safe, reasonable, effective.Research methodsThis study confirmed the diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation and the emergence of lower limb numbness, EMG abnormal changes of F wave of 60 cases of patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group, the control group was given medicine, massage and lumbar traction treatment, the treatment group in the control group underwent conventional therapy on the basis of acupuncture, acupuncture lumbar Jiaji points, too streams, springs and other points on the retention time, 30min, daily 1 times,7 times as a course of 1 continuous treatment of 2 courses. Through the contrast before and after the within group and between group variation, clinical effect and EMG of two groups of patients in the tibial nerve and peroneal nerve of F wave were observed before and after treatment, changes of lower limb sensory scores, Jiaji acupoint pressure reaction. Two after the treatment for clinical curative effect evaluation, and related processing on the data for statistics.Result(1) the treatment group of 30 cases,15 cases were clinically cured,12 cases improved, 3 cases ineffective; 30 cases in control group,10 cases were cured,11 cases improved,9 cases ineffective. The effect of the treatment group than the control group, with significant difference (P< 0.05).(2) the EMG two groups of tibial nerve and peroneal nerve conduction velocity of F wave had no significant difference before treatment (P> 0.05); after the treatment of EMG two groups of tibial nerve and peroneal nerve of F wave velocity compared with before treatment were significantly accelerated, were statistically significant (P< 0.01); after treatment study group F wave conduction velocity faster than the control group EMG F wave velocity, with statistical significance (P< 0.01).(3) in two groups before treatment EMG F wave frequency has no significant difference (P> 0.05); the two groups after treatment F wave frequency of EMG were obviously increased, there was a statistically significant difference (P< 0.01); after treatment, F wave frequency than the control group, with significant statistically significant differences (P< 0.01).(4) there was significant difference between two groups after treatment, scores of lower extremity sensory disturbance of P=0.0405< 0.05, the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion1 acupuncture combined with drugs, massage and traction has significant improving effect on lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion in patients with lower extremity numbness;2 acupuncture and drugs, massage and traction for lumbar disc herniation in patients with lower extremity numbness of the tibial nerve and peroneal nerve conduction velocity and F wave frequency significantly improved;3 EMG F wave can be used to evaluate the method of determining the treatment of lumbar disc herniation in patients with lower extremity numbness efficacy, but also can be used as our next step system for lumbar disc herniation large sample study laid the foundation.4 Between two groups after treatment significantly improved the numbness. |
