Objective: Combined with the Acupotomy operation tools and modern western medicine intervention technique, L5/S1 Jiaji points for the puncture point, Acupotomology release the fiber septum attachment at lateral recess who bound the nerve root in the whole visual conditions and treatment of L5/S1 disc herniation with lateral recess stenosis caused by clinical symptoms, through clinical observation, and correct the traditional physiological curvature of the spine of acupotomy therapy, practice the clinical superiority to explore acupotomy therapy in the treatment of the disease more safe, effective, convenient and modern clinical pathwayMethods:The subjects has selected 60 cases of patients(L5/S1 intervertebral disc herniation with lateral recess stenosis) in accordance with the order of visits, using SPSS software were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 30 cases in each. The experiment group given photopic acupotomy therapy, treatment 1 times for a course of treatment, the control group was given the traditional acupotomologic therap, once every 7 days for 3 times for a course of treatment. After the end of the course of treatment for statistical analysis, evaluation of the two groups before and after treatment JOA score, VAS score and other related data. Results: Data analysis after treatment: 1. Before treatment, two groups of VAS scores had no significant difference(P>0.05). After the treatment, the two groups VAS score have significant difference(P < 0.05); 2, before treatment in the two groups of JOA score had no significant difference(P>0.05). After the treatment of two group analysis, lumbar function index, the improvement rate of significant difference(P<0.05); analysis of the photopic acupotomologic therapy compared with traditional acupotomologic therapy has a better clinical curative effect; 3. General analysis of curative effect, the test group 7 cases were cured, 15 cases markedly effective, 6 cases improved, 2 cases ineffective, the total effective rate is 93.3%, the cure rate was 23.3%; the control group 1 cases were cured, 15 cases were cured, 8 cases improved, 6 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 80%, the cure rate was 3%. The two groups were statistically significant and significant difference(P<0.05). The clinical efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion: Photopic Acupotomy release Jiaji acupoints in the treatment of L5/S1 lumbar disc herniation with lateral recess stenosis,in improving the clinical efficacy of lumbar function is superior to the traditional acupotomologic therapy. The treatment combined with traditional acupuncture and modern acupotomology and Western medicine minimally invasive interventional technique. In the Cheng Ming as a direct disease, acupotomy, safe, effective and can be repeated, it is worth of clinical application. In the whole visual conditions of treatment,It is safe, effective and repeatable, and it is worthy of clinical application...
