Objectives Compare the therapeutic effect difference between deep acupuncture at Jiaji points and nerve roots to treat lumbar disc herniation and conventional acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation In order to provide safer and more effective clinical treatment programs for patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods The study used a randomized single-blind test method and included 84 clinical patients. They were randomly divided into two groups: the deep puncture group and the conventional group. The needle depth is about 0.5 to 1 inch. The main acupuncture point is Yaojiaji, and Shenshu,Dachangshu,Huanjue,Zhibian,Kunlun and Weizhong are commonly used as acupuncture points. After acupuncture, electroacupuncture was performed for 20 minutes, three times a week, one, three, and five times, for a total of four weeks. Before the enrollment, the 3rd,6th,and 12 th days of treatment were completed. The visual analogue scale(VAS)evaluates the subject’s pain status, analyzes the subject’s pain improvement rate before and after treatment, and fills in the lumbar spine function JOA score form(JOA)to observe the subject’s self-care situation and before and after treatment. The improvement of lumbar spine function;measuring the distance from the lumbar epidermis to the nerve root with the lumbar BMI to prove that the treatment of LDH from the deep acupoint Jiaji to the nerve root is safe and effective. The data obtained in this experiment were all built in an Excel table and analyzed by statistical software SPSS22.0.The results were expressed as mean ± standard deviation((?) ± s).The t-test was used to check the results. Results 1 Compare the comprehensive efficacy of the two groups of subjects: 7 cases were cured in the deep puncture group,17 cases were markedly effective,13 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 92.5%;3 cases were basically cured in the conventional group,9 cases were markedly effective, and 17 cases were effective Cases,11 cases were invalid, the total effective rate was 72.5%;the total effective rate in the deep acupuncture group was higher than the conventional group,Z =-1.268,P<0.01,the difference was significant and statistically significant;2 Visual analogue score(VAS): The VAS scores of the two groups of subjects before enrollment,3rd,6th,and 12 th treatments were gradually decreased, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05);3 Lumbar spine function JOA score: The JOA scores of the two groups of subjects before the enrollment, the 3rd,the 6th,and the 12 th treatment were gradually increasing, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05);4 By comparing the averages of the two groups of subjects before enrollment,3rd,6th,and 12 th treatment, the statistical analysis showed that the differences were significant and statistically significant(P <0.01).The efficacy of the acupuncture group was significantly better than that of the conventional group.5 The distance from the waist skin to the nerve root was measured as follows: male: about 5.60 to 6.90 cm;female: about 5.40 to 7.00 cm.Conclusions 1 Acupuncture at Jiaji points for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation can improve patients’ pain, functional recovery and quality of life.2 Deep acupuncture at Jiaji points to nerve root is more effective than conventional acupuncture in treating lumbar disc herniation.3 Deeply puncturing Jiaji points to nerve roots for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with better efficacy and higher safety.Figure 4;Table 11;Reference 92...
