The Resource Sharing Strategy Research Of CB Logistics Group

To enhance the core competitiveness of enterprise groups, one important way is the resource sharing among enterprises m embers, the realizati on of complem entary advantages and resources of the Group' s intensive operations, so that m ember companies can reach a lower operating costs than the m arket average, and finally to increase the marginal cost of the group resource usage.On the basis of analyzing group resource sh aring theory, this thesis put forward the key e lements to implem entation of re source sharing strategy; they are sys tem power, market power, and inform ation power. In other words, the protection of the organizational structure of the sharing of resources, benefit-oriented and inform ation support platform of resource sharing.Through SWOT analysis, it is found that the main problem that influences the competitiveness of CB groups is no resource sharing as well as busines s integration. On this basis, we further analyze curre nt resource utilization of CB Gr oup, although there are prim ary resource sharing coopera tion a mong subsidiaries in aspect of transportation business, it is still dif ficult to give full play to the subsidiary network transport resources and transpo rt advantag es d ue to the re's no estab lishment of a reasonable mechanism of cooperation.In view of the existing problem of purchase and transport operations resource sharing problem s in CB group, fr om the aspects of system , m arket power and information power of the CB group construc ted three dimensions of sourcing and transportation resources. And make benefits'comparison respectively before and after the implementation of resources sharing strategy.Finally, put forward the safeguard m easures of the realization of CB group resource sharing in aspects of the establishment of enterprise internal resource sharing incentive mechanism, creating a learning or ganization, promoting enterprise resource sharing culture, strengthen the construction and standardization of information.
