In the 21st century, big data and cloud computing science are developing rapidly, when traditional enterprises are faced with transformation and innovation under the Internet. Meanwhile, Faced with more complex and dynamic competitive environment, enterprises need to make a quick response. With the expansion of enterprises, however, Big-enterprise-disease appears gradually and organizational efficiency is low. Enterprise need to choice, innovation or decline to an end. Intrapreneurship arises at the historic moment, making big companies small and flexible. It can help to maintain sustainable competitive advantage. Therefore, both in industry and academia showed strong interest and attention.In this paper, the writer study intrapreneurship from driving factors and model Then explore the influence factors and mechanism of different factors. At last, grasp better the operation process of intrapreneurship, and guide better the design of the internal mechanism. First, this paper uses the method of literature review, the review of the domestic and foreign scholars about intrapreneurship research, including Timmons model, company business interaction model of Hornsby, and Covin and Slevin entrepreneurial orientation conceptual model. Through the literature review, the writer finds that the existing literature paied more attention to resources stocks, which stress the importance of resources to entrepreneurial activity but ignore the optimization of resource. Based on this, the paper sets resource-sharing as the adjustment variable. Influence factors of intrapreneurship are classified and defined. so the proposed model in this paper is that using entrepreneurial orientation to measure intrapreneurship, entrepreneurial orientation is influenced by organization characteristics and personal characteristics, entrepreneurial orientation can produce business performance, resource-sharing adjusts intensity of entrepreneurial orientation impact on business performance.Based on the above model and hypothesis the writer compile the 5-rank-likert.The recycling of 215 valid questionnaires were analyzed, including the analysis of variance, factor analysis, regression analysis, and adjustment regression analysis. As a result, the former factors are verified to influence entrepreneurial orientation, entrepreneurial orientation and business performance are the positive correlation and resource-sharing between entrepreneurial orientation and business performance relationship has played a positive adjustment role.Under the conclusion of empirical validation, we can guide the company to design entrepreneurial mechanism. Through targeted to strengthen positive factor, intrapreneurship are safeguarded smoothly. The mechanism are designed mainly to enhance the leadership support and flexible organizational structure, then to cultivating entrepreneurs, mining with entrepreneurial potential employees. Set up resource sharing platform and promote the entrepreneurs to carry out business activities.This article verifies intrapreneurship is an effective way of maintaining and enhancing competitive ability, and proposes the reform suggestions of enterprise operating mechanism. Stimulating staffs work enthusiasm and creativity and providing space for the development of intrapreneurship platforms, enterprises can make competitiveness and obtain sustainable competitive advantage eventually.
