With the development of science and technology, various kinds of visual media, visual messages and audio-visual facilities have developed and increased at a fast speed, and people need to deal with different kinds of information. As a result, 'Visual culture" has become a must in the life and study of human beings.In recent years, new techniques and media of message transmission, including digital technology, computer, the Internet and multimedia, upgraded in a more and more faster speed and entered people's daily life, which caused a significant message transmitting revolution. The transmitting style of the Internet posed a great impact on traditional media and it became the fourth public media after the press, radio and TV. Visual culture will further penetrate into people's daily life through the Internet, and a unprecedented visual culture era has arrived.With the increasing forms of media, their shares of audience consumption time also show changes. Designers of traditional print media should broaden their mind, keep highly sensitive of fashions, improve their artistic achievement and strengthen their understanding and master of design rules so that the visual design of traditional print media may follow the steps of the time and show new charms. In this brand new information era symbolized by Internet technology, web page designers should try their best to combine net and design, technique and art faultlessly and exploit a new visual space to make visual culture the leading trend in the visual design of web page.
