Medical Ethics is accompanied by the medical profession and the creation and development. Medical Ethics has experienced from lower forms to higher forms development process. Medical Ethics has a very important significance for us to grasp the general law of medical ethics. Medical Ethics is an important component of Ancient Traditional cultural heritage of China. In the development process for thousands of years, it gradually produced and formed a complete ideas of ancient medical ethics. This is a precious spiritual wealth of Chinese medical thought in the precious spiritual wealth.As a medical staff of new time, we should have a good quality of the work and develop good work ethic and have a comprehensive ability. We should learn new and advanced ideas and culture to meet the challenges of social change. Under the new situation, we have to strengthen moral construction and improve the moral quality. Only in this way , can we meet the requirement.Under the new situation, hospital as an open environment, need to meet many new challenges. Medical workers in the new situation must strengthen medical morals education. They must improve themselves.The weak link in many medical institutions is to strengthen the building of humanity education. Lack of humanity to become a serious problem the medical system. Humanity has a long history , it contains the essence of knowledge for the medical staff establish a correct view of medical ethics.This paper is divided into three parts. The first part is about the formation and development of Chinese traditional medical ethics core idea. The second part is about the problem of medical ethics in the present situation. The third part is about the significance of core ideas of traditional medical ethics to strengthen our construction.
