Analysis Of The Current Situation And Topics Of Medical Ethics Research In China

Objective:In the important transformation period of the new period of socialism with Chinese characteristics,medical ethics has become a hot issue in the society due to the improper medical ethics,the lack of medical ethics,and the tense relationship between doctors and patients.Especially in recent years,some contradictions between doctors and patients have been upgraded to criminal cases,which makes the lack of medical ethics gradually become a complex social problem.As the crystallization of scientific research activities,academic literature is characterized by systematicness and completeness,which can reflect the development status and research hotspot of this field.Through literature measurement analysis method,this article aims to know,ten thousand party,d PuSanDa database about the document of medical ethics,from the external and internal characteristics of literature analysis,multiple angles comprehensive understanding of our country the status quo of medical ethics research hot topic,system combing the current study situation,so as to medical workers and medical colleges and universities related personnel to provide a more practical reference,how to alleviate doctor-patient contradiction for medical institutions,medical colleges and universities to achieve the purpose of training qualified personnel to provide constructive Suggestions.Methods:By retrieving the Chinese hownet(CNKI),Chinese journal f ull-text database,the data knowledge service platform,VIP information of ten thousand Chinese periodical service platform three databases,the key words in "medical ethics" as a subject retrieval and retrieval date as of December 31,2019,detection in h ownet database in China,with a total of 10896 references in ten thousand out of a total of 14233 references,database retrieval in the VIP database retrieval out of a total of 8771 references,export all the retrieved records the information of journal ar ticles.After removing duplicate journal papers,10,153 relevant papers were obtained in total after reading titles and abstracts,and screening out irrelevant non-academic documents such as conference reports,minutes,reviews,interviews,hospital profiles,journal essay solicitation notes and statement guidelines.The self-programmed Python program was used to count the occurrence frequency of keywords,and Vosviewer co-word clustering analysis was used to conduct subject analysis of literatures related to medical ethics,and the future development trend was studied through the change trend of keywords..Conclusion:In this paper,10153 of the relevant literature of medical ethics research in external features and internal theme of multi-dimensional analysis,reveals the status and hot topics of medical ethics research in our country,found that the medical ethics research has always been a focus of attention of academics and policy exist strong correlation and time characteristics,education classes and class management journal of medical ethics research attention is higher,and the research institutions of medical ethics and medical college hospital.The research focus of medical ethics is mainly divided into two aspects.On the one hand,it is the cultivation of professional ethics and personal moral character of medical college students to improve medical ethics of medical staff from the perspective of education.On the other hand,from the perspective of hospital management,the construction of medical ethics for medical staff can improve the quality of medical service.The hot topics of medical ethics research mainly focus on four aspects: medical ethics theory,medical ethics education,medical ethics construction in hospitals,and the causes of medical ethics deficiency.
