Objective: To investigate and find out the Medical University undergraduates's medical ethics education in the basic situation of general features, we studied and mastered the ethics of the medical university undergraduate's level of awareness, of acceptance and demanding relations, and analyzed the main problems and their causes, in order to find solutions to existing problems. Methods: A retrospective study and the current status of research by combining pairs of the medical university undergraduate medical ethics education in the basic situation were investigated; using random stratified cluster sampling method, we collected five grades, 22 classes undergraduate students to medical ethics classes educational status and causes of the investigation, and to explore possible countermeasures accordingly. Results: The level of awareness of the medical university undergraduate medical ethics in general is in good condition. The impact factors are primarily ethnic, grade, and gender, political outlook, academic, professional ethics not affect the undergraduate level of awareness of the main factors. Part of the medical students tend to judge the value of practical, utilitarian and for some medical students of the medical profession to understand the value of the content is biased, different ethnic groups, grade medical students to the level of awareness of medical ethics are different. The overall level of the medical university undergraduates'medical ethics is in good condition. The impact of main factor is a professional type, out of gender and political. The undergraduate medical ethics education system is not a major factor in the level of awareness; Between the type of medical ethics cases and the degree of medical ethics are associated; the clinical and non-clinical medical students on medical ethics are in different level of acceptance. The undergraduate medical students of attachment phase are in general better status. But some clinical teachers based on individual efforts, and light the unity and cooperation; re-teach the general professional knowledge, light professional moral education. Medical Ethics education is rich in educational content, but the teaching materials are older. medical ethics education coursesmeans are with single examinations; humanities development is in deficiency, and the education model is still need to be improved. Conclusion: The overall situation in the medical university is good. medical undergraduates have a more comprehensive performance in medical ethics education knowledge and acceptance, and internship training in ethics education status and others. But there are still more issues on obsolete teaching materials: medical ethics education courses with a single assessment methods?human development?the education model and others. The need: to further consolidate the dominant position of moral education; to rationalize the medical profession medical students the value of moral education teaching system; to diversify medical professional values and moral education educational means; to establish a sound mechanism and evaluation system to restrain and evaluation of clinical ethics education, aspects of education.
