Objective The purpose of the study was to investigate the changes of pwv,ABI in patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD) and their diagnostic value of CHD.It was useful for us to make further explore their clinical significance. Methods According to the results from coronory angiography,117 patients were divided into CHD group(n=68) and non-CHD group(n=49). The CHD group was classified 1-vessel,2-vessel,3-vessel or left main coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD).All the patients received PWV and ABI tests and hemostatic factors evaluation in addition to history collection. The correlation between PWV,ABI and CHD was analysed by t-test,q-test,Logistic regression of statistical methods. Results There were significant differences between CHD group and non-CHD group in the ratio of abnormal PWV,ABI(tPWV=2.16,tABI =2.32,p<0.05).With increasing the degree of coronary artery disease,PWV values significantly increased,ABI values significantly decreased, there was a significant difference(FPWV=3.910,FABI=3.114,P<0.05). Conclusions The patients with CHD were positively correlated with PWV≥1400cm/s,ABI≤0.9.PWV and ABI were also independent risk factors of CHD.
