The effective achievement appraisal target system (AATS herein after) is set up,in the face of more and more intense market competitions and for need of theverifying hospital's service management objectively and fairly, to infer theopportunities and changes at hand for the hospital, to improve the working efficiencyof the hospital, to strengthen the service management and thus boost ourcomprehensive competitive power. This text is in probing into the foundation of themanagement and service characteristic of the modern hospital, have proposed the newmanagement modes faced at present of the hospital: Creative service --How toimprove patient's satisfaction.This thesis is a an analysis of AA on the basis of a case study on thecharacteristics of Shandong Provincial Hospital in the years from 2001 to 2003 andboth approaches of the on-the-spot survey and experts marks-making. Throughoptimum seeking, with the giving a mark law of on-the-spot investigation method andexpert hit the minute, the analytic approach of the comprehensive level has carried onresearch to the performance evaluation index system of the hospital from threerespects of professional skill, management state and patient's satisfaction, carried onthe performance of the hospital vertically and compares, thus structure and improvethis performance and appraise the system.Study the method to combine together through the theory and case, explainhospital is it manage performance method to appraise system select, designphilosophy and innovation order to serve in an all-round way. Besides, it is wellmeant to be strategic and instructive guide to brand-setting innovative service and themarketing of the new brand. It will also be valuable in the improvement of thehospital-patient relationship, in the perfection of human resources management of thehospital and thus keep the positioning of the hospital well in the orientation ofsustainable development.
