With the advent of the era of knowledge economy, human resource has become the core resources of hospital development. And performance management is a new subject of modern hospital management, management is more and more realized that only through effective performance management can promote the development of the hospital. Performance appraisal is an important method of modern management, is the hospital in the current market competition is an important survival way. With the transformation of economic system,the change of social environment, makes the traditional performance evaluation methods have not adapted to the current actual operation of the management process.In the medical industry's overall strong competition, the hospital wants to fully enhance its power, it must work in the internal management. Administrative department is the core part of the hospital management, hospital he is the executor of the organization, management,decision making, coordination, and promoters, also is a line of business such as clinical department server and guarantor. Medical unit administrative staff performance appraisal, is one of the most vulnerable in the hospital management, to improve this kind of department personnel comprehensive skills and work enthusiasm, will finish the administrative personnel's work quantity and quality and get the benefit together,so that the overall level of the hospital get promoted, to be enhanced comprehensive competitiveness.This article is through to the RBRVS assessment system for theoretical study and research, combined with the actual Q hospital, a thorough investigation into the current Q questionnaires hospital administrative staff performance appraisal of the status quo, on the basis of the analysis of the cause of the problem,will be introduced to the RBRVS assessment system of Q hospital administrative department, and using the performance appraisal method,make the department personnel work fully, make the inspection plan more systematic,standardized and scientific. So as to improve the work of the department staff enthusiasm,improve the management level of hospital. After the examination system implementation,again through the questionnaire to analyze the effect after the implementation and evaluation,put forward to ensure the Q hospital administrative staff RBRVS countermeasures and Suggestions on the implementation of performance appraisal system.
