| As one of the important financial structures,rural commercial banks contribute a lot to the economy.In rural areas,rural commercial banks play an important role in promoting local economic development,serving farmers and agriculture.It is of great significance to safeguard farmers’ lives,strengthen rural construction and promote agricultural development.Despite this,with the increasingly prominent role of rural economy,more and more financial subjects begin to enter the rural financial market.In the current fierce competition,the problems of rural commercial banks are increasingly prominent,which has a great impact on their development.Based on this,it is particularly important for rural commercial banks to adjust the strategic model and construct a reasonable competitive strategy.In the article,the author selected case PY farming business behavior object,introducing the PEST and SWOT analysis method,analyzes internal and external environment for their marketing,to explore PY bank there are the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges facing,combining with the analysis of the content,explore the PY bank the deficiency of the current competition strategy,and put forward to build the bank scientific,applicability of competitive strategy.Through the analysis of the internal and external environment of the market,the advantages of PY Rural Commercial Bank are shown in five aspects,including a good financial situation and a large market share.Disadvantages are also reflected in five aspects,including lack of innovation,the first place in the region and so on;Threats include large credit risk,compliance risk and so on.Based on the current situation of PY rural commercial bank,in order to ensure stable development and maintain a firm foothold in the market,the author introduces a variety of analysis means to study and discuss the competitive strategy of this rural commercial bank.By comparing the competitive strategy with SWOT matrix and QSPM matrix,the author concludes that the WO strategy is the first choice of the current PY rural commercial bank with strong applicability.In addition,the author puts forward the implementation path of the competitive strategy of the rural commercial bank,which should take product as the core and guarantee the effective implementation of the competitive strategy from the aspects of service,system,marketing ability and risk control system. |
