Research On Transformation And Development Strategy Of S Rural Commercial Bank Under Rural Revitalization Strategy

The important deployment of rural revitalization strategy made by the CPC Central Committee,is a major task of China’s modernization construction and the work of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" during the "14th Five-year Plan" period.It is also the target of rural commercial banks to improve the quality and efficiency of rural financial services and the strategic guidance of transformation and development.Under the background of rural finance in helping rural revitalization,this paper takes the S Rural Commercial Bank,a representative financial enterprise,as the research object,and discusses how the rural commercial Bank can better and more effectively serve and support rural revitalization through strategic transformation and innovation reform and development of its system and mechanism.At the same time,it also studies some basic theoretical problems in the operation and management of rural commercial banks.Therefore,the practical significance and theoretical value of this paper are obvious.This paper uses the method of literature study,field survey method,and to combine with qualitative and quantitative analysis of the research method.On the basis of overview in relevant theoretical basis,the related literature with home and abroad were reviewed and evaluation.This paper discusses the transformation of rural commercial bank development strategy of some basic theory and the practice question.First of all,the general situation of S Rural Commercial Bank and the influencing factors of its transformation and development are elaborated and analyzed.It mainly includes the development history,current situation of business development strategy,existing problems and causes of S Rural Commercial Bank.PEST SWOT model is used to analyze the main factors influencing the transformation and development of S Rural Commercial Bank from two aspects of macro environment and development trend.Secondly,it discusses the path selection of the S Rural Commercial Bank’s transformation and development.It mainly includes: the necessity of the transformation and development of the S Rural Commercial Bank,the objectives and path selection of strategic transformation;Comparative study of relevant foreign experience,main path and implementation content of rural inclusive finance development of S Rural Commercial Bank;Influence mechanism of fin-tech,supplementary path and implementation content of financial digital transformation of the S Rural Commercial Bank.Finally,a series of basic countermeasures and policy suggestions to further improve the quality and efficiency of rural commercial bank’s transformation development,which are discussed and put forward.It mainly includes: establishing new thinking of development centering on the goal of strategic transformation;developing a new blue ocean for profit growth;accelerating the development of rural digital inclusive finance business;improving the overall risk management level of rural commercial bank.In addition,on the basis of summarizing the whole paper and drawing general research conclusions,the future research is prospected.Through the research,the thesis has made certain contributions to the topic selection and research perspective,research ideas and content,countermeasures and suggestions,and it has a certain novelty.
