At present,our country’s banking sector is facing major industry changes and adjustments.The continuous advancement of the rural revitalization strategy and the vigorous development of inclusive finance have provided huge opportunities and policy dividends for rural commercial banks and other county and rural financial institutions.However,it should also be clearly seen that under the increasingly fierce competition among banks,customers have put forward higher requirements on the connotation and method of financial services provided by banks.In addition,under the multiple pressures of my country’s current economic downturn,tightening financial supervision and repeated epidemics,the Rural Commercial Bank,as a local corporate banking institution,has greatly squeezed its market space,and the loss of customers is relatively serious.The level of risk prevention and control needs to be improved urgently.How to improve the market competitiveness and improve the management level in the current environment is a difficult problem for rural commercial banks.This paper selects the research object of QA agricultural business behavior,and analyzes the competitive strategy choice of the bank in the current complex economic environment.Firstly,it introduces the current economic and financial background,and then uses the PEST analysis method to analyze the macro environment of QA Rural Commercial Bank,uses Porter’s Five Forces Model to analyze the industry environment in which QA Rural Commercial Bank is located,and summarizes the current competition status of the bank.Secondly,by analyzing the development profile of QA Rural Commercial Bank,its risk prevention and control capabilities,its profitability and its ability to support local economy,etc.,to understand the current basic situation of the Rural Commercial Bank,and to use SWOT analysis method to analyze its own advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges,and analyze its own advantages and disadvantages.The internal environment of the rural commercial bank shall be grasped as a whole.Thirdly,based on the analysis of internal and external environment,it is concluded that QA Rural Commercial Bank should currently choose a differentiated competitive strategy,which is mainly carried out in three forms: product differentiation,service differentiation and marketing model differentiation.Functional strategies such as financial strategy and marketing strategy to ensure the smooth implementation of the competitive strategy.Finally,it is necessary to formulate and establish supporting measures to improve the organizational structure,optimize personnel training,and strengthen risk prevention and control,refine the strategy implementation path,and promote the implementation of the differentiated competition strategy.
