| With the rapid development of the national economy and the continuous increase in national income and consumption levels,the number of automobiles in China is steadily rising.The passenger car and new energy vehicle markets are expanding,inevitably driving the growth of demand for auto parts,and consequently,the business volume of the auto parts industry is expanding.Under the competitive pressure from foreign brands,low cost,high quality,and short project development cycles have become the goals of auto parts projects.Chinese automotive component enterprises face significant market competition pressure.This study aims to delve into the practical role of performance evaluation in the project management of auto parts and explore how performance evaluation can enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.Through methods such as literature review,interviews,and questionnaire surveys,we conducted a detailed study on the key role of performance evaluation in project advancement,team collaboration,and employee productivity.Effective performance evaluation can promote teamwork,enhance employee responsibility and enthusiasm,thereby increasing the likelihood of project success.However,due to the lack of management foundation,enterprises still face a series of challenges in implementing performance evaluation,including difficulties in project advancement and talent loss.Therefore,this study emphasizes the urgency of establishing a scientific evaluation system,strengthening management training,and improving leadership levels.These suggestions have guiding significance for formulating strategies,improving management levels,and coping with industry changes.This thesis will take SD Auto Parts Company as an example,focusing on the research and analysis of the performance of project employees in projects.We will use methods such as questionnaire surveys and interviews to analyze the problems in the current project employee performance evaluation scheme.Then,based on the principles of the balanced scorecard,wewill develop performance indicators for project employees from the perspectives of finance,customers,internal management,and learning and growth.Finally,using the Analytic Hierarchy Process,we will determine the weights of these indicators and formulate a practical performance evaluation scheme for project employees that aligns with the company’s development.Applying performance evaluation results to employee’s salaries,benefits,individual promotions,and advanced commendations,we aim to enhance employees’ motivation,unleash individual and team performance,and create greater value for the company. |
