Study Of Imported Vehicle Spare Parts Supply Chain Performance Evaluation Indicator System

With the rapid development of China Automotive industry,China market is playing an important role and attracting huge investment from foreign auto manufacturer. It is expected the demand for oversea brands vehicles will be increased by 10% in 2015.Along with the growth of sales, spare parts demand will also develop. Spare parts as a steady profit source is becoming a key factor which affects the customer satisfaction and the competitive power of the auto enterprise. And most of auto enterprises realize spare parts supply chain really works to strengthen their competence. The study on supply chain performance evaluation is still on progress and is immature in a way especially the spare parts supply chain performance evaluation indicator system in auto industry, so how to appraise it turns to an issue which is worth probing into effectively.The author elaborates the existing theory of supply chain and supply chain performance evaluation and concludes the features of imported vehicle spare parts supply chain by analyzing the existing material and on site investigating in an sales company. Then by referring to the theory of Careersmart Balanced Score Card, this thesis is presenting the supply chain performance evaluation index system based on customer satisfaction, process management and financial indicators. Meanwhile some creative points in actual practice are also elaborated in this thesis.
