Research On Development Application Of Auto Parts Based On Project Management

The competitiveness in the domestic auto parts companies mainly depend on the ability of independent development,good project management plays a very important role in product development,the project management has become more important,but the current understanding of this aspect of the deficiency,which cannot be the project management to meet the development needs of the company.this thesis deeply studies the process of project management in automobile parts development.The research object is the management of automobile parts development project.First of all,we have discussed the knowledge system of project management,ISO/TS 16949 quality standards and the theoretical knowledge of the relevant aspects of concurrent engineering.The in-depth study of the current situation of auto parts and other related areas of project management,are combined with the current situation and requirements of project management in accordance with ISO/TS 16949 quality standards,the product data,project management and task integration technology.Finally,through the analysis of constructing the theoretical model with project management three layer space model,this model can integrate the product data,task and project management,the project management platform and the system using PDM/CAPP software.In addition,this thesis is used to construct the platform of Matt PDM/CAPP this software,the overall function of the project management system for the detailed planning.At the same time,the project management module are designed in detail.The project consists of document management,project planning,project tasks,project monitoring and four modules,these modules will be applied to the project management system of PDM/PLM3.6 sub system.Finally,in order to verify the above research results,the case of A company using the HT-PDM/CAPP operating system,through the analysis of the company's benefit,the final results show that project management of automobile parts development subsystem has a certain use value,which ensures the feasibility of the study.
