Auto production and sales in China from 2004 to 2015 has maintained a trend of growth and reached the world number one for the first time in 2009,which lasted until 2015.After more than 10 years of competitions in auto industry,many car manufacturers have been paying attention to after-sales market and treated it as a new engine for growth because vehicle sales profits are getting lower and lower.The domestic automotive aftermarket has shown great prospects with the increase of domestic car ownership and average car age.Taking the aftermarket logistics of automobile spare parts as the object,a conclusion is drawn through the analysis and comparison of the status quo of the domestic and foreign parts aftermarket logistics management that there exist many problems in the aftermarket logistics of domestic auto spare parts and that needs to be reformed.First,we need to draw on the experience of the western developed countries,such as the United States chain management mode and the intervention of Japan's host plant.Then,SWOT-PEST model is utilized to analyze the development environment and trend of domestic aftermarket,which shows that there are vast opportunities for auto parts after-sales logistics under the guidance of national policy and the market needs to be integrated.Secondly,on the basis of the above analysis,a new parts aftermarket logistics model is proposed which is integrated by supermarket.The model is the horizontal integration of upstream supply demand and downstream consumer demand of auto parts by supermarket using the management and distribution of TPL.Thirdly,through the analysis of auto parts aftermarket logistics characteristics,five evaluation principles of after-sale logistics have been put forward which are serviceability,rapidity,stability,technicality and economy,and an evaluation index system of aftermarket logistics model for automobile parts is constructed based on them.Finally,taking Zhongdu Zhuzhou branch as an example,three development strategies are captured and analyzed through fuzzy comprehensive hierarchy evaluation method which contain the new model of the supermarket,attaching to vehicle manufacturers and becoming an independent third-party logistics provider.The superiority of the new model is verified to some extent and some countermeasures and suggestions are proposed by that analysis,which is hoped to provide a theoretical support for the development of domestic auto parts aftermarket logistics.
