Research On Low Cost Competitive Strategy Of BFWX Aircraft Maintenance Company

In the process of enterprise development,cost control is very important.Internal scientific cost control can promote the better development of enterprises.However,in the daily operation and management of enterprises,cost control is the most difficult link to control.At present,with the development of economy and transportation,the civil aviation transportation industry develops rapidly,and the aircraft maintenance industry also obtains considerable development space.But due to the characteristics of the industry,aircraft maintenance companies have relatively high requirements on personnel,equipment and facilities so that the operating cost of the company is very high.Therefore,how to control the cost of the company is an urgent problem for the aircraft maintenance enterprises.In this paper,the BFWX aircraft maintenance company is selected as a case to analyze the company’s cost control,with the methods of case analysis and literature research.By reviewing and summarizing the related literature at home and abroad,this paper focus on the research of cost control,which was combined with the current development of the aircraft maintenance industry.With a brief introduction of the BFWX aircraft maintenance company,this paper analyses the problem of high cost in the process of its development according to internal cost control of the company,and summed up some problems like that the budget approval is not in line with the reality,and the cost of aviation materials is high and some other specific problems.Based on these problems,effective measures are put forward to make the internal management more scientific and the cost control more reasonable.In order to ensure that BFWX aircraft maintenance company can apply the solution measures in place to the maximum extent,this paper puts forward a variety of support measures to ensure that the effect of measures can be maximized and higher maintenance added value can be brought by establishing incentive policies and creating a low-cost enterprise culture.Based on the research in this paper,it can provide more ideas for BFWX aircraft maintenance company to effectively control the cost,so as to make the company’s competitive advantage more obvious and bring better development.In addition,other aircraft maintenance companies can also be used as a reference.
