Lean manufacturing is the elimination of all kinds of waste, and continuous improvement day by day. Get rid of the time waste, material waste, action waste and all waste in production process without value added. Lean production is focus on eliminating waste and empowering worker, reduced inventory and improved productivity. Instead of maintaining resources in anticipation of what might be required for future manufacturing. Their objective is drive the excellence, perfect, endless pursuit seven zero waste.The function of cost control in the lean production is eliminating waste of eight elements, realized to zero waste; the decoration of the process can be remarked to improve the efficiency of the whole union. Lean production can established a high efficiency flow to meet the changes of outside; and can reduce the inventory level, try to do it at the first time, high quality within the whole procedure. Pull the production with kanban to meet all kinds of requirements from the customers. Combine the standard policy with creation of the working. We must respect the ideas from all the employees and authorized the management tool; tem work was emphasized in the lean production, customers are the god is the mean principle.Through the analysis of the modern society under the lean production, we found some troubles during the operation in company F. Including:production does not process in order, irresponsible produce the parts which with urgent, and stop the job to change the tooling, can not manage the time efficiency. The rate of resignation is very high, new coming does not familiar with the job, cause lower efficiency of the production. The new coming needs serious of training with lots of time. Many problems can not be finding in time due to the reason of quality reasons. Some of the employees can not be well organized, some of them are free during the working time and some of them are busy doing all the time.Due to the above reasons, company F use KANBAN to pull the production under the lean production, which change the original method before. The last gap only produce the production on Kanban, cards that can be avoided the waste which customers refused to purchase it. Total production maintenance (TPM) as a tool can be avoided stop operation, also can prolong the life of machine and save the treasure in hands. Five standards are wide used in everywhere, including employee empowerment. We decorated the environment of the staff canteen. Take care of the health of the clerks. The rate of resignation was lower than last year. That can be saved the time and engine. We use quick response and quality control (QRQC) to control the quality during the production. We should know the quality is produced not inspect it. We can control the waste not necessary. Quality cost is well organized. Draw value added flow from lean production, we issued the value added flow of company F. Base on collection lots of database from the manufacture we draw value added flow three steps to improve the process and superior the procedure. The labor cost will be deducted two persons, save the cost and cost control can be take reality.The purpose of this article is how to leverage advanced cost management, establish perfect policy and procedure of cost control, improving integration power. We must create from spirit of lean production combine culture of company F not only in institute, purchasing, manufacture, logistics, sales and all procedure. To promote the lean production not only the entire post-sale process, especially in today's pursuit of personalized and diversification of the era, the number of changes in customer demand, all require the enterprise has a relatively flexible and responsive management mechanism, and establishment of this system, we have to think how to eliminate waste, reality flowing, in the details, more effort, resulting in a more effective use of resources, to achieve enterprises growth and social development. |
