Research On Enterprise Cost Control On Lean Production

With the rapid growth of economic society and the continuous growth of health demand,the pharmaceutical industry,which is related to the national health,has developed rapidly since the new century.Many pharmaceutical companies have emerged and continue to grow rapidly.In recent years,with the change of domestic and international economic situation,the intensification of industry competition and the implementation of new medical reform policy,the extensive growth bonus enjoyed by the pharmaceutical industry for many years is declining.Many businesses face bottlenecks of profits falling.Especially compared with the international leading brands,a series of deep-seated problems like the lower management level and the low labor efficiency begin to appear,which is urgent to seek solutions.Based on this situations,this paper introduces the lean management idea,taking the reform and innovation of lean production in company A as an example,with the help of the interview,data analysis and other research methods,to make an in-depth case study on the lean management of the production cost in company A,in order to explore the feasibility of this problem.This paper starts with production cost factors,production process management,production site management and quality management,and analyses the causes of the problems of high production cost,the serious waste in the production process,and the ineffectiveness of the production plan.On the basis of the overall review of the lean production improvement project,and focusing on the improvement of the lean production capacity,this paper reviews and summarizes the positive results brought by the implementation of lean production,and make the directional suggestions to improve the production cost management and the production efficiency of the entire industry.
