Jinan J Company Cost Control Strategy Research Based On Lean Production

With the development of science and technology and technological progress,manufacturing enterprises are facing increasing pressure in market competition.If manufacturing enterprises want to gain an advantageous position in the fierce market competition,they should abandon the traditional extensive management mode,change to benefit oriented enterprises,reduce production costs and improve efficiency.Practice shows that cost control through lean production is a more effective strategy.Lean production is a way of production with high quality,high efficiency and low cost.It can eliminate waste in production,continuously improve and optimize production links,shorten production time and maximize enterprise production efficiency by reducing logistics,storage and other costs in production links,It has been widely used.This thesis takes the cost control problem of J company as a case for empirical research.Based on the company’s production data,this thesis compares the differences between the cost control of lean production and non lean production,studies the problems of cost control in various links of J company’s operation,such as procurement,design,production and marketing,analyzes the causes,and then puts forward the cost control strategy scheme of J company based on lean production,from the procurement,production and marketing of production source Carry out scheme design in various links such as medium-term design,production and marketing,in order to effectively control the operation cost of J company and improve the operation efficiency of the enterprise.The enterprise cost control based on lean production mode is highly operable in the actual operation of the enterprise.By improving the procurement process,designing to fit the actual production,carrying out production management in 6S mode,refining marketing details and other measures,we can gradually establish lean production mode,continuously optimize the process of all links of the enterprise,improve efficiency,reduce waste,and carry out cost control without reducing product quality,Improve the operation efficiency of enterprises,improve the profitability of enterprises,and gain advantages in the competition.
