Study On The Organization Interface Management Of EPC Project

In recent years,with the rapid development of China's large-scale infrastructure construction,more and more projects have adopted EPC mode.Because of the large scale,complex work process and high work overlap rate,the organization interface problem of EPC project is becoming more and more prominent which has become the important part of the EPC project organization management.General contractor effectively identifies and manages the organization interface,to solve the contradictory between issue interface which helps to achieve project goal,improves the management level of the EPC project.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the organizational interface management of EPC project.Paper is based on the characteristics of EPC project,project organization and management and interface management theory.First of all,paper uses literature research methods to analyze the organization interface management and EPC general contracting projects in the domestic and foreign research present situation,existing problems,and expounds the necessity of interface management of EPC project.Secondly,the organization interface of EPC project is divided,and the workflow of the organization interface is analyzed.Then,according to the study in EPC project organization management system,the paper puts forward the structure of EPC project organization interface management,and studies EPC project organization interface of transmitting information content and transfer process.Finally,the paper uses a questionnaire and data statistics method to determine the important influence factors of EPC project organization interface management satisfaction,establishes EPC project organization interface management satisfaction evaluation model based on SEM.And through the analysis of the case of a EPC project organization interface management model in Nanjing.The paper carries on the management satisfaction evaluation,makes the suggestion and the opinion to the evaluation result and verifies the feasibility of the research on EPC project organization interface management,and provides reference and guidance for the promotion of the organizational interface management mode in EPC project.
