Currently,carbon,carbon neutral is the requirement of the development of high quality,high quality development emphasis on ecological civilization and green development,under this background,the various industry ushered in the new opportunities and challenges,the logistics industry as an important part of the national economy industry,has become the key areas,green low carbon energy saving and emission reduction.This paper takes the Yellow River Basin and the Yangtze River Economic Belt as the research region to analyze the development of low-carbon logistics industry in the two regions.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The energy consumption and carbon emissions of the Yellow River Basin and the Yangtze River Economic Belt are calculated.The analysis results show that: In general,the energy consumption of the logistics industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt is higher than that of the Yellow River Basin,and the energy consumption is on the rise except in 2020,while the energy consumption of the logistics industry in the Yellow River Basin fluctuates up and down,with a downward trend in three years.In addition,the overall CO2 emissions in the Yellow River basin were on a downward trend,with a significant downward trend in 2012-2013,2015-2016,and 2019-2020.In the Yangtze River Economic Belt,CO2 emissions were on an upward trend in all years except 2020,when CO2 emissions declined.In terms of energy consumption and carbon emissions of the logistics industry,the Yangtze River Economic Belt is significantly larger than the Yellow River basin,and the upward trend is obvious.(2)The three-stage DEA method is used to analyze the static efficiency of lowcarbon logistics in the Yellow River Basin and the Yangtze River Economic Belt.The results show that the overall efficiency value of the Yellow River basin is lower than that of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,mainly because of the restriction of scale efficiency.In addition,the development of logistics industry in various regions of the Yangtze River Economic Belt is not balanced,and the efficiency value of logistics industry is high in the east and low in the west.The regional comprehensive efficiency value is mainly affected by pure technical efficiency.At the same time,the efficiency of low-carbon logistics industry in the two regions is also affected by environmental factors and random disturbances,so it is necessary to eliminate the external factors.(3)The DEA-Malmquist index method was used to calculate and analyze the dynamic efficiency of low-carbon logistics in the Yellow River Basin and the Yangtze River Economic Belt.The empirical study found that: from 2010 to 2020,the total factor productivity of low-carbon logistics industry in the Yellow River Basin and the Yangtze River Economic Belt showed a trend of fluctuation,which was mainly affected by the technical efficiency index and technological progress index.From the change trend of total factor productivity in 2010-2011 and 2011-2012,the logistics industry efficiency in the Yellow River Basin has a large room for improvement.The Yellow River basin from2018 to 2019 reduced efficiency of the logistics industry,from 2019 to 2020,the Yellow River basin logistics total factor productivity is greater than 1,the Yellow River basin development strategy of high quality to a certain extent promote the logistics industry development,low carbon logistics industry along the Yangtze river economic belt during total factor productivity is reduced,and the differences of regional development and promotion space limited.Finally,based on the research results,targeted suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to provide certain theoretical reference and ideas for the development of lowcarbon logistics industry in the Yellow River Basin and Yangtze River Economic Belt under the background of high-quality development.
