| With the rapid development of economy and science and technology,the mobile phone industry has developed rapidly,and the per capita penetration rate of mobile phones in our country is also increasing,which makes the number of waste mobile phones grow rapidly.A large number of waste mobile phones are idle at home or abandoned at will,which is not only not conducive to the recycling of resources,but also causes serious pollution to the environment.Therefore,how to properly and effectively dispose of used mobile phones has become a problem that cannot be ignored.This paper firstly combs and studies the literature related to reverse logistics network planning and waste mobile phone recycling at home and abroad,summarizes the basic theories related to reverse logistics and network,and then calculates the number of mobile phones and scrap amount in Hubei Province in recent years,so as to analyze the current situation of waste mobile phone recycling in Hubei Province and the reasons for low recovery.Three recycling modes of waste mobile phones and the one chosen in this paper are summarized.On this basis,a mixed integer nonlinear programming model with the objectives of cost minimization,income maximization,environmental protection maximization and customer satisfaction maximization is constructed,and the four multi-objectives are converted into profit maximization as a single objective for solving.Then,based on the relevant data of waste mobile phone recycling in Hubei Province,the lingo software is used to analyze the example,and the feasibility of the model is verified.At the same time,the influence of different recovery rates,capacity constraints of memory recovery points and capacity constraints of detection and processing points on the layout of the reverse logistics network was also discussed.Finally,when the recycling rate of waste mobile phones is 30%,the data of the capacity constraint of the optimal storage recycling point and the capacity constraint of the detection and processing point are brought into the model for numerical correction and solution,and the location of each facility in the reverse logistics network of waste mobile phones in Hubei Province is obtained.Finally,the site selection of the reverse logistics network of used mobile phones in Hubei Province is obtained.One recycling point should be built in Wuhan,Xiaogan,Huanggang,Xiangyang,Yichang and Jingzhou.Testing and treatment points should be built in Xiaogan,Huanggang,Xiangyang,Jingzhou;The landfill was built in Wuhan. |
