Research On The Collaborative Development Of Smart Logistics And Regional Economy In Shandong Province

After decades of rapid development,China’s economy has entered the stage of high-quality development from the traditional extensive growth.At the same time,the development of modern science and technology and the improvement of social demand have promoted the adjustment of economic structure and the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure.It provides a good development opportunity for the new development of modern logistics and regional economy.The intelligence,efficiency and modernization of logistics industry have created new growth points for regional economic development;The sustainable and healthy growth of regional economy provides a stable development environment and a solid economic foundation for the development of smart logistics.However,due to the insufficient development of the intelligent logistics industry in terms of logistics technology,intelligent logistics facilities and equipment,professional talents,etc.,the development of the intelligent logistics industry at this stage is relatively slow,lags behind the economic development to a certain extent,and cannot bring new vitality to the economic development.Therefore,it is of profound theoretical and practical significance to study the coordinated development relationship between smart logistics and regional economy,promote the coordinated development between them,and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.The research objective of this paper is to analyze the collaborative development relationship between smart logistics and regional economy,and promote the collaborative development of the two.This paper selects Shandong Province as the actual research object.The main reason is that Shandong Province,as a major economic province,is in the key stage of transformation,upgrading and high-quality development.The development level of intelligent logistics industry ranks among the top in the country.The relevant historical development data are typical and representative.By studying the collaborative development relationship between smart logistics and regional economy in Shandong Province,we can provide experience for the collaborative development between other provinces and cities in the country.This article mainly adopts a research method that combines qualitative and quantitative analysis.First of all,the article elaborates the connotation and characteristics of intelligent logistics and related theories,selects the systematics theory and synergetics theory as the main theoretical guidance of this article,analyzes the development status and difficulties of intelligent logistics and regional economy in Shandong Province,and the main problems faced by the coordinated development of the two;Secondly,studying the synergistic development relationship between smart logistics and regional economy,representative smart logistics and regional economic indicators were selected as order parameters based on the actual development status of the two in Shandong Province.The evaluation index system for the synergistic development of smart logistics and regional economy in Shandong Province was constructed,and the entropy weight method was used to determine the comprehensive index weights of each order parameter,By combining the fuzzy matter-element model,a quantitative analysis is conducted on the collaborative development status of smart logistics and regional economy in Shandong Province from 2012 to 2021,and the final level of collaborative development is determined.Finally,by analyzing the results of qualitative and quantitative analysis,the collaborative development process and trend between the two are analyzed,and countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to promote the collaborative development of smart logistics and regional economy in Shandong Province to enhance the level of collaboration.
