In recent years,there have been a series of policy documents on the construction of national logistics hub networks issued by the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Transport.In the future,the modern logistics operation system of "channel + hub + network" will become the focus of construction.Among them,the key task of the construction of logistics hub cities is to promote the high-quality development of existing national logistics hubs,so as to establish an efficient logistics network,optimize the existing logistics infrastructure,improve the organizational capacity of multimodal transport,build an efficient and convenient national logistics hub network,realize the interconnection between national logistics hubs,and accelerate the establishment and improvement of the "hub-and-hub" logistics service system;Vigorously develop the hub economy and the channel economy,and build economic and industrial development corridors.The co-construction,sharing,and comprehensive connection of national logistics hubs within the urban agglomeration are taken as the development direction,and the organic connection and synergy of the logistics network system and the national logistics hub network are strengthened,so as to form an efficient logistics operation system,promote information sharing and resource integration between enterprises,and promote the development of the logistics industry.Therefore,the evaluation study of the logistics hub capacity of national logistics hub cities has a catalytic role in promoting the construction of logistics hub cities,so as to optimise the function of cities in the national logistics hub network,which has certain theoretical and practical significance for the construction and development of national logistics hubs.As one of the cities selected for the national logistics hub construction sequence in2020,Jinan’s research on its logistics hub capacity is conducive to promoting the rapid development of urban logistics and related industries,which is of great significance to Jinan’s urban economic development.This paper uses the literature research method,principal component analysis method,fuzzy matter element analysis method,and entropy weight method to conduct a scientific and comprehensive evaluation and analysis of Jinan’s logistics hub capacity.Firstly,the current research status of logistics hubs at home and abroad,the current research status of logistics evaluation and the relevant general theory of fuzzy element analysis are sorted out,and representative papers are summarised.Secondly,on the basis of existing research,according to the actual situation and characteristics of logistics development in Jinan,six dimensions of evaluation indicators are extracted,and the indicators are preliminarily screened,qualitative and quantitatively screened,and a more scientific and reasonable assessment index is established.Then,the fuzzy matter element analysis method and the entropy value method are comprehensively applied to establish a comprehensive evaluation model for Jinan’s logistics hub capacity,and Jinan’s logistics hub capacity is evaluated and studied from the horizontal and vertical aspects.Finally,based on the analysis of the main contents of this paper and the current development status of logistics hubs in Jinan,suggestions are given to help improve the capacity of logistics hubs in Jinan.
