Research On Economic Synergistic Development Of Hunan Province

The coordinated development of regional economy coincides with the development concept of regional economic integration,which is the current world economic development trend.Their aim is to achieve the effect of 1+1>2.The coordinated development of regional economy attaches great importance to various factors to jointly promote economic development and to the mutual cooperation and mutual benefit between various subsystems,thus realizing the coordinated development of regional economy.This paper analyzes the current situation of coordinated development of regional economy in Hunan Province,including advantages,opportunities,challenges and main problems.It constructs the order degree model of regional economic sub-system and the coordination degree model of composite system by using entropy method.According to the empirical research results of the model,it analyzes the reasons that affect the coordination degree of regional economy in Hunan Province,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the existing problems and the reasons that affect the coordination degree,so as to realize the coordinated development of regional economy in HunanProvince.The main conclusions are as follows:Firstly,there are many problems in Hunan Province,such as the widening gap between cities and states in economic development,the irrational strategic layout of regional economic development," blind spots" gradually emerging,the difficulty in clarifying the relationship between the government and the market,and the low level of marketization.Through the coordinated economic development of 14 cities and states,the growing economic disparity among cities and states in Hunan Province can be alleviated.Secondly,the order parameters that have the greatest impact on the regional economic order degree in Hunan Province are the fixed asset investment of the whole society,local fiscal revenue and the per capita net income of rural residents.In order to improve the order degree and make the regional economy develop in a coordinated and healthy way,we must pay more attention to these indexes.Thirdly,the orderliness of the 14 prefecture-level cities and autonomous prefectures in Hunan Province shows an upward trend with the growth of time,and there is no inevitable connection between the orderliness and the level of economic development.The low degree of synergy of the composite system reflects that the development synergy among the economic subsystems is not good enough.Fourthly,the reasons that affect the coordinated development of Hunan's regional economy are as follows: the leading role of central cities is not big,and the economic radiation effect is low;The policy formulation is not perfect and the overall policy is not matched.The existence of dual economic structure between urban and rural areas;Repeated layout of infrastructure,serious convergence of regional industrial structure,etc.
