| With the development and progress of economy,state-owned enterprises are facing various risks and great challenges in the global market competition.The state requires state-owned enterprises to focus on their main responsibilities and business,improve market-oriented management mechanisms,and enhance their core competitiveness.For trading enterprises,the quality of suppliers in the supply chain is a necessary condition to ensure the normal operation of enterprises,so supplier management is extremely important.Supplier management is a systematic analysis of its whole life cycle,including supplier development,selection,evaluation,relationship and risk management.A perfect supplier management system can choose the supplier that is most suitable for the enterprise,so as to improve the business efficiency and profitability,and thus enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise.RC Building Materials Trading Company is a state-owned trading enterprise.Although the concept of supplier management has been mentioned for a long time,RC Building Materials Trading Company still does not have a systematic supplier management system.In the process of procurement,the selection of suppliers mainly depends on the work experience and subjective needs of the purchasers.When referring to supplier management,it is regarded as the responsibility of the purchasing department.Based on this,this paper aims at the current situation of supplier management of RC Building Materials Trading Company,through a detailed questionnaire survey on relevant personnel,and finds out the existing problems in supplier management after in-depth analysis of the questionnaire results.It mainly starts from the selection,classification,evaluation,relationship management and risk prevention of suppliers.By using analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to build a model to optimize the indicators of supplier selection and evaluation and obtain the weight,then use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the supplier,from the aspects of the enterprise’s emphasis on suppliers for multi-stage and multi-level classification management,fundamentally optimize the supplier relationship management,finally from the whole supplier management life cycle,In view of the possible risks in each link of supplier management,this paper puts forward targeted measures to prevent the risk of supplier management based on the actual situation,to help enterprises get rid of the dilemma of lack of systematic and professional supplier management system,and constantly optimize the supplier management system in theory and practice.Finally,a supplier management scheme suitable for RC building Materials trading company was constructed. |
