A Qualitative Research By Ground Theory Towards The Comprehension Of Corporate Social Performance And Corporate Financial Performance In The Scope Of Corporate Social Responsibility

This document is oriented towards the depiction of Corporate Social Responsibility from both a theoretical point of view,but also applied to field practitioners;Ground Theory sets the structural basis to depict the theoretical efforts carried out to conceptualize Corporate Social Performance and Corporate Financial Performance;and therein proceeding to launch a conceptual characterization to verify such correlation and its applicability in the corporate sector.Conceptual applicability into the corporate sector is set out by the analysis of two enterprises with strong Corporate Social Responsibility based Business Strategies through a throughout exploration of their Sustainability reports.The inclusion of a multiplicity of actors and agents is analyzed into the business strategy formulation and in the overall decision-making processes allowing undertaking corporations to its roots and the utility out of stakeholders business planning for the benefit of corporations and their profitability.
