| The coordinated development of each subsystem in the region is the key to promote the steady improvement of the overall development level of the region.The closely related and coordinated benign operating mechanism between the subsystems is the internal driving force for the development of the county.The interaction mechanism and coordination relationship between the economic development subsystem and the factors that affect the overall coordination of the county are explored.Based on the county scale,this paper selects 33 counties(districts)in the Wuhan Metropolitan Area from 2013 to 2020 as the research objects.On the basis of data availability,combined with the principles of scientificity,operability,and comparability of index construction,and according to the key content of new-type urbanization and economic development in the county,a total of 25 indicators were selected to construct a scientific evaluation system,comprehensive and systematic This paper analyzes and demonstrates the coupling and coordination of new-type urbanization and economic development at the county scale in Wuhan Metropolitan Area.First,the entropy method is used to assign objective weights to each index,and the comprehensive score of new urbanization and economic development level in each county is calculated.Using Arc GIS software,the new towns in each county are analyzed from two aspects of time series evolution and spatial distribution characteristics Secondly,using the coupling coordination model,the coupling degree and coupling coordination degree of each county and the county as a whole are calculated,and the degree of connection between the development of each county and the overall element development of the Wuhan Metropolitan Area county is obtained.For the specific situation of the coordination degree of the two major systems,use Arc GIS software to analyze the spatial distribution characteristics of the coupling coordination degree of each county in different years;then,use the correlation degree model and linear regression model to find out the coupling between new urbanization and economic development in the county.The key factors of the degree of coordination are analyzed;finally,based on the above analysis results,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.The research results show that(1)the development level of new urbanization.In terms of counties,from 2013 to 2020,the level of new-type urbanization in each county showed a fluctuating rise.The overall level of new-type urbanization in Huangzhou District was the highest,while that in Tuanfeng County was the lowest.The development differences between counties are obvious;Looking at the counties as a whole,from 2013 to 2020,the average level of new urbanization rose from 0.31 to0.39,which is in a state of steady growth.(2)The level of county economic development.In terms of counties,from 2013 to 2020,the economic development of Jiangxia District,Caidian District,Daye City,and Ezhou City was relatively good,while the economic development level of Tuanfeng County,Yingshan County,and Xiaochang County was relatively low,and there were differences in the level of development among regions;Looking at the counties as a whole,from 2013 to 2019,the level of economic development showed a steady growth,rising from 0.22 to 0.3.In2020,the level of economic development decreased to 0.25.A comprehensive comparison of the development levels of the two shows that the overall growth is stable,but the level of economic development lags behind the development level of new urbanization.(3)Current status of coupling and coordinated development.Judging from the calculation results of the coupling degree,most of the county coupling coordination degrees are between 0.8 and 1,indicating that there is a close relationship between the new urbanization and the elements of economic development in the county,and the interactive relationship between the development of the system is relatively small.Strong,basically in a run-in state and a high-level coupling state,and the characteristics of temporal and spatial changes are not obvious,and the spatial distribution of the coupling degree between years is relatively stable;from the calculation results of the coupling coordination degree,the county-level coupling coordination degree is 0.37-0.76 Among them,Jiangxia District has relatively good coupling and coordination between new urbanization and economic development,and Tuanfeng County is less coordinated.There are differences in regional distribution of changes;from the perspective of the overall coordination of the county,it is basically in a stage where new urbanization and economic development are barely coordinated,and economic development is lagging behind.(4)Research on influencing factors.From the calculation results of the correlation degree model,most of the county-level correlation degrees are between 0.7 and 0.9,indicating that the sub-factors have a significant impact on the parent factor,and each index factor in the county has a significant impact on the coupling and coordination degree of new urbanization and economic development.Strong and extremely strong relationship.From the results of the regression analysis,the urbanization rate of the permanent population,the proportion of the number of rural migrant workers participating in skill training to the total number of rural migrant workers,the number of students enrolled in primary and secondary schools,the proportion of urban residents’ expenditure to the per capita consumption expenditure of urban residents,and the per capita construction land Area,per capita GDP,the proportion of local general public budget revenue in GDP,growth rate of fixed asset investment,investment attraction(including the actual use of foreign capital),and per capita disposable income of urban residents will improve the coupling and coordination of the two systems play a positive role in promoting.The ratio of per capita disposable income of urban and rural residents and the registered urban unemployment rate at the end of the year play a negative role in reducing the coupling coordination degree of the two systems. |
