Coupling And Coordination Analysis Of Land Use Efficiency And Economic Development Level

With the rapid development of urbanization,urban land use efficiency has increasingly become a key factor affecting economic and social development.Therefore,we should carefully study and in-depth discuss the study of land use efficiency and economic development level,as well as their coupling and coordination analysis.Taking Harbin-Daqing-Qiqihar Area as an example,this paper collects the data of land use efficiency and economic development level.It include five prefecture-level cities in Harbin-Daqing-Qiqihar Area from 2007 to 2017.This paper selected 24 indicators to establish a comprehensive index system in Harbin-Daqing-Qiqihar Area From the aspects of economy,society and environment.The DEA model is used to calculate land use efficiency.The entropy method is used to obtain the weight of the indicators.the coupling coordination degree model is established.The comprehensive efficiency value,the economic development level index and the coupling degree and coordination degree of the two are obtained.On this basis,ArcGIS is used for spatial visualization representation.By comparing the coupling degree and coordination degree of Harbin-Daqing-Qiqihar Area in time and space,this paper obtain the coordinated changes of land use efficiency and economic development level in the four time nodes of 2007,2010,2013 and 2017 are obtained.The results show that:(1)the overall trend of coupling and coordination between land use efficiency and economic development level in Harbin-Daqing-Qiqihar Area is good;(2)the coordination level and types of land use efficiency and economic development level are constantly improving from2007 to 2013;(3)the coordination level of land use efficiency and economic development level declines slightly from 2013 to 2017 meanwhile there are some differences among cities in different levels.Through the research,we can conclude that the coupling and coordination of the land use efficiency and economic development level plays an important role in promoting the sustainable development of economic,social and ecological environment.The study on the coupling and coordination of urban land use efficiency and economic development level in Harbin-Daqing-Qiqihar Area can not only reflect the interaction between urban land use efficiency and economicdevelopment level,but also help to realize the organic unity of sustainable land use and economic development.Therefore promote the overall healthy development of Harbin-Daqing-Qiqihar Area is important.Finally,from the aspects of land use efficiency,economic development level and their coupling and coordination,this paper puts forward relevant optimization paths for Harbin-Daqing-Qiqihar Area.
