| With the acceleration of the new urbanization process,metropolitan area has become an important spatial carrier of new urbanization in China.However,due to the unbalanced regional development,most of China’s metropolitan areas are still in the stage of cultivation,showing problems such as low level of economic development,weak driving ability of central radiation,insufficient power of regional cooperation and so on.As the basic spatial unit of the development of metropolitan area,the spatial connection level of county area can not only reflect the radiation intensity of the center of the cultivated metropolitan area to the periphery,but also reflect the interaction degree and intensity of population,information,capital,technology and other elements in the cultivated metropolitan area.Therefore,under the background of promoting regional high-quality development by the state,interpreting the connotation of county spatial connection in cultivated metropolitan area and measuring the level of county spatial connection in cultivated metropolitan area is not only the key to understand the weak links in the development of cultivated metropolitan area,but also the premise of reasonably formulating the land spatial planning of cultivated metropolitan area,so as to provide ideas for differentiation to promote regional coordinated development.Based on this,the paper selects Lanzhou metropolitan area,an important nurturing metropolitan area in the western China,as the research area,taking counties(districts)as the research unit,based on the interpretation of the connotation of the spatial connection of counties in cultivated metropolitan area,and combined with the basic geographic data,government statistics data,POI and other multivariate data of Lanzhou metropolitan area in 2020.The evaluation index system of county spatial connection level in Lanzhou metropolitan area is constructed,and the entropy method and comprehensive evaluation method are used to measure the county spatial connection level in Lanzhou metropolitan area,and systematically analyzes the current situation and pattern of spatial differentiation of county spatial connection level of cultivated metropolitan area from multiple dimensions.Using geographic detectors,this paper deeply analyzes the influencing factors of county spatial connection level and spatial differentiation in Lanzhou metropolitan area,and puts forward targeted optimization development strategies.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)From the perspective of spatial distribution characteristics,Lanzhou metropolitan circle space connection level presents "center high-low margin"space distribution characteristics,forming a spatial connection pattern with Chengguan district as the high level,Xigu district,Qilihe district,Linxia city and Baiyin district as the medium level,and Jishishan county,Jingyuan county and Lintao county as the low level.Combined with the ranking of county spatial connection level,the highest score is 0.806 in Chengguan district,and the lowest score is 0.12 in Dongxiang autonomous county.The highest score is 6.7 times higher than the lowest score.The development polarization is obvious,and the agglomeration effect of central urban area on peripheral counties is greater than the radiation effect,and the counties with low connection levels are at a lower energy level in terms of receiving radiation from the central region.(2)The spatial connection level of counties in Lanzhou metropolitan area is analyzed from different dimensions,and the spatial characteristics of each county are different.From the level of each fractal dimension:the level of infrastructure connectivity is spatially "high in the east and low in the west".The counties and districts with higher level are mainly the central urban areas of cities and states in Lanzhou metropolitan area,which are the important integration areas of society,economy and population in Lanzhou metropolitan area.The counties with low level are mainly affected by topography,and the "fragmentation" phenomenon of transportation infrastructure is obvious,while the information infrastructure construction is not perfect.The level of co-construction and sharing of public services shows a spatial characteristic of "high in the central part and low in the surrounding area".Counties and districts with high level of public services are concentrated in the central part of Lanzhou metropolitan area,which is an area with relatively high level of economic and social development,and has an obvious "siphon effect" on public service resources.The counties and districts with low level are mainly located at the edge of Lanzhou metropolitan area,which are mainly the areas with imperfect infrastructure system and low external connectivity.The level of regional industrial integration and mutual promotion presents a spatial characteristic of "high in the middle,low in the periphery".The counties with higher level are dominated by petrochemical and other heavy industries,while the counties with lower level are mainly dominated by agriculture,and the level of scale and intensification is low.The level of co-protection and co-governance of ecological environment is characterized by "lowvalue depression in the middle and dotted with high-value".Lanzhou metropolitan area is located in the arid and semi-arid area in northwest China,and most of it is located in the ecologically sensitive and fragile area,and the number of counties with high level is small.(3)From the perspective of influencing factors,the paper concludes that the spatial connection level of county in Lanzhou metropolitan area is affected by economic level,technological endowment,population size,government support,natural conditions and other factors.Among them,total retail sales of consumer goods,GDP,the number of invention patents per ten thousand people and population density have the strongest influence.Through the detection of interaction,it is found that the influence of interaction of different factors is greater than that of single factor.The overall effect of interaction between various factors is double-factor enhancement,nonlinear enhancement,and double-factor enhancement is the main.Among them,total retail sales of consumer goods reflecting economic level and population density reflecting population size are the most frequently interacting factors among the forms of interaction with an interaction influence greater than 0.5.(4)Based on the above measurement and analysis,the thesis aimed at lanzhou metropolitan circle full domain proposed a filling infrastructure short board,improve the public service function,cultivating regional advantage of industrial cluster and improve the ecological environment to guarantee work level optimization strategy,in order to strengthen the interaction center and the surrounding counties,complementary,make the lanzhou city circle from axis to networked development.Based on the location conditions and development level of each county and district in Lanzhou metropolitan area,the core diffusion area,active integration area and revitalization development area are divided to build functional centers of different levels and types in Lanzhou metropolitan area.It is proposed to give full play to the resource advantages of the core area to improve the radiation and driving ability of the surrounding counties;to build a comprehensive transportation network connecting inside and outside the county to actively integrate into the core area;to clarify its own development position,cultivate advantageous leading industries and improve the social and economic level. |
