| With the integration and innovation of digital technology and the manufacturing industry,the development of the traditional manufacturing industry has ushered in opportunities,indicating a new path for China’s manufacturing industry to transition from low-end to high-end.As the new direction of a new round of industrial revolution,digital transformation has become an important direction for the future development of China’s manufacturing industry.At the same time,the construction of digital transformation capability structure of manufacturing industry is an important basis for adjusting China’s manufacturing industry.Based on this,this thesis constructs the capability structure of the digital transformation for the manufacturing industry based on order parameters,aiming to study the internal mechanism of promoting digital transformation of the manufacturing industry.Firstly,a scientific and reasonable capability structure for manufacturing digital transformation is constructed.Mainly,on the basis of analyzing the formation mechanism of manufacturing digital transformation capability based on order parameters,the case data of "Sany Heavy Industry" and "Midea Group" are coded and sorted by using procedural grounded theory,and the constituent elements and characteristics of manufacturing digital transformation capability structure are extracted.Then,the synergetic theory is introduced to build a theoretical model of manufacturing digital transformation capability structure based on order parameters.Secondly,an indicator system that can measure the digital transformation capability of the manufacturing industry is proposed.It is mainly to define the connotation characteristics of manufacturing digital transformation capability based on Cite Space literature analysis,and then determine the manufacturing digital transformation capability structure index system through expert screening,membership analysis,correlation analysis and discrimination analysis.Finally,the measurement model of manufacturing digital transformation capability is established.Mainly,the method of combining order parameters with the TOPSIS method is proposed to evaluate the digital transformation capability of the manufacturing industry,and optimization strategies in different dimensions are proposed according to TOPSIS score ranking under the three order parameters,and the rationality of the proposed theoretical model is verified by cases.The research results show that the digital transformation capability of China’s manufacturing industry is in the growth stage,and the digital transformation capability of the manufacturing industry is related to the level of economic development.The digital transformation capability of the manufacturing industry in most provinces and cities in China is higher than the average level,and each province and city has its own advantages.China’s manufacturing industry is rapidly undergoing digital transformation.This thesis combs the connotation mechanism of digital transformation of the manufacturing industry and constructs the capability structure and evaluation method of digital transformation of the manufacturing industry based on order parameters,which can help China’s manufacturing industry to establish a more comprehensive and accurate understanding of its digital transformation and has excellent strategic and practical significance for China’s manufacturing industry to realize digital transformation successfully. |
