The supply chain structure of large passenger aircraft manufacturing industry is complex with many vertical levels.The supply chain contains a large number of nodal enterprises,with strong autonomy among them and a global geographical distribution.It is particularly important to clarify the supply chain performance of large passenger aircraft manufacturing enterprises,and to provide theoretical support for the subsequent improvement of the supply chain operation performance.Therefore,based on the most complex large passenger aircraft manufacturing enterprises in the manufacturing industry,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to conduct research on the supply chain performance evaluation system of large passenger aircraft manufacturing enterprises.The research on the supply chain performance evaluation system of large passenger aircraft component manufacturing enterprises mainly includes the establishment of the evaluation index system,the selection and design of the evaluation method and the establishment of the model steps,therefore,this thesis will start the research from two aspects of the supply chain performance evaluation index system and the evaluation method of large passenger aircraft component manufacturing enterprises in response to the above situation.This thesis takes a large passenger aircraft component manufacturing enterprise as the research object.Firstly,this thesis analyses the characteristics and special features of the industry in which the target enterprise is located,analyses the existing problems of the supply chain operation and management of the target enterprise,and conducts a cause analysis.Secondly,the principles for the establishment of the supply chain performance evaluation index system of the target enterprise are proposed through literature review and scientific research.On this basis,38 evaluation indicators were selected and identified based on the SCPR model.Using factor analysis,the degree of dispersion among the indicators was introduced into the evaluation index screening process,and finally six criteria-level indicators were identified as primary indicators and 35 indicator-level indicators as secondary indicators,completing the establishment of a supply chain performance evaluation index system for a large passenger aircraft component manufacturing enterprise.Next,fuzzy set theory and AHP were combined to give initial weights to the indicators.The semantic value of the comparison matrix judgment information of FAHP is constructed as fuzzy interval segments to overcome the deficiency that the description of mutual importance among evaluation indicators is discrete values and improve the traditional fuzzy position.The centroid triangular whitening weight function is adopted to avoid the problem of overlapping three and more grey classes in the combination process of the whitening weight function.Improving the centroid triangular whitening weight function,solving the problem of extrapolation of the range of values taken by indicator j.This paper establishes a fuzzy evaluation model based on grey whitening weight clustering.Based on the VIKOR method to establish a comparison model,the fuzzy set theory is applied to qualitative indicators and entropy weight is applied to quantitative indicators to establish the entropy-weight-fuzzy VIKOR evaluation model.According to the steps of the evaluation model designed in this thesis,it is applied to the target enterprise.The maximum affiliation of the grey class of the target enterprise evaluation is calculated to be 0.315 for "good",and the current supply chain performance evaluation result of the target enterprise is "good",which is more in line with the actual situation.Applying the comparison model,we obtained the comprehensive utility value rating of "good".The feasibility and scientificity of the evaluation model established in this thesis were verified.In addition,according to the evaluation of each indicator grey class rating,comprehensive utility value,on-site implementation and other supply chain diagnosis,tracking and improvement. |
