Research On Large Civil Aircraft Manufacturing Industry Cluster Mechanism Based On Symbiosis Theory

Large passenger aircraft industry is one kind of high technology industries having a relationshipwith the national economy and security. Aviation industry developed countries′practice shows thatthe development of aircraft industry has an important meaning in promoting the upgrading of theindustrial structure and the regional economic growth. After60years or so of development, China’saviation industry has possessed the technology and material foundation of manufacturing the largeaircraft. The commercial aircraft corporation of China, Ltd (COMAC) which is specificallyundertaking the R&D and manufacturing mission of the large plane has been in full swing layout inShanghai. According to the current situation, although COMAC has certain labor division of thecountry’s industry layout, as China’s large passenger aircraft manufacturing just goes out of theplanned economy, lack of the overall arrangement and plan, the research of large aircraftmanufacturing industry layout and cluster in accordance with international practice and market law isstill in the primary stage. So there is a series of problems, such as how to determine the evolutionmechanism of large passenger aircraft industry cluster and explore the evolution rule to make theaviation industry cluster effect power, having an urgently need of research and discuss.So this thesis firstly defines the concept and characteristics of large aircraft industry gathering,and analyzes the connotation of its symbiosis evolution mechanism and the structure of the evolutionsystem on the basis of related literatures about the symbiosis theory and industrial cluster at home andabroad. Secondly, according to the characteristics and development practice of aircraft industry andtake the Airbus company for example, this thesis constructs an gathering symbiosis income gamemodel based on the “core enterprise+supporting suppliers" assembling pattern of large aircraftindustry, and takes strategy analysis. Then, using the life cycle theory and logistic model to analyzeevolution process and characteristics of symbiosis of the large aircraft industry cluster, and at thesame time to ensure the stability of the evolution of large passenger aircraft industry gatheringsymbiotic, this thesis constructs model of mutually beneficial symbiotic relationship between the coreenterprise and the supporting supplier. Finally with an analysis on Shanghai’s large passenger aircraftindustry gathering situation, we give the path, model and countermeasures about the symbiosisevolution of large passenger aircraft industry cluster in the city.
